This custom home has been designed to facilitate single level living for the owners, along with a 2nd main bedroom for aging parents if needed. Two secondary bedrooms for visiting children and grandchildren are provided on an upper level. A gracious and informal series of public spaces provides for a relaxed lifestyle oriented around family gatherings and indoor-outdoor living. South-facing clerestory windows, windows opening to other directions and skylights provide balanced lighting throughout the day. A pool pavilion anchors the southern end of the outdoor areas wrapping the pool.
