European Influence

The clients for this traditional home design were relocating to the area and had purchased a property in a neighborhood within a few minutes drive of their new work places. They had also purchased a pre-designed plan from the Sater Design Collection that had a layout and look they found generally suitable. I was hired to determine how to best site the home on the property and to "remodel" the design to better suit their needs and aesthetic preferences. The result was a design aligned to local custom home building practices that was fine-tuned to their particular lifestyle. Constructed by L.E. Meyers Builders.
