Four Square Renewal

The owners relocated to the area and purchased this historic home in a historic district as a place to raise a family. After many years of service, the original four-square home design was in need of structural stabilizing, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, insulation and air seal updating, as well as re-configuring in some areas to facilitate family life.
