Garage and Pavlion

While a delightful place in which to live, the owners had enjoyed this secluded home on 7 acres for many years and had determined a few items they desired to improve. The main entry porch provided a gracious outdoor arrival and entertainment area, but was not particularly welcoming to guests. Also, the parking shed had seen better days and was in need of replacement. All in all, it was determined that the arrival process for the owners and guests alike could benefit from more drama. The solution involved a series of related pavilions and a new 3-bay garage. Construction by L.E. Meyers Builders
