Neo-Colonial Update (unbuilt)

This project for a whole house remodel and additions came about when the owners purchased the home for its wonderful location and "good bones". As is sometimes the case, the plan of the home did not fit their lifestyle so they sought extensive changes and livability enhancements, including more family living space, outdoor living space and a swimming pool.
