Openness and Flow

The new owners of this J. Knox Tate, IV custom home design sought to update and refine a majority of the interiors to better suite their lifestyle and aesthetic preferences. The solution involved a redesigned Kitchen and related public areas of the home, including new windows to open those spaces more powerfully to the beautiful rolling landscape and pond views available on the property. An Asian aesthetic has also been incorporated via a series of sliding and fixed shoji-like panels. Interior design by Sitzer+Spuria and remodeling by L.E. Meyers Builders.
