De Stijl Duplex

In the 50's and 60's when this dead-end street was created near a small college, little development existed in the area. Over time, the college grew into an internationally-recognized University and the area around it burgeoned with development while many of the homes on the little street fell into disrepair. The client for this modern duplex design saw the potential to provide for an un-met housing need near the University and demolished what was left of the home on the lot. Taking advantage of zoning that promotes increased housing density in the area, a duplex with two 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom homes has been planned. To be built by Hestia Construction.
