Extended Family Hillside Home

This modern home design has been created to facilitate an extended family unit on a hillside site. Planning for the home is based on universal design principles so all areas of each of the 3 levels are accessible. A private apartment for in-laws is located on the lower level, across from the Bar and entertainment area. The entry level matches the height of the street and is grouped into public spaces along one side, plus two bedroom wings - one for the kids and a soaring wing projecting out over the hillside for the Au Pair and Guest suites.
