Screened Courtyard Living

This modern home design wraps around a screened outdoor living space overlooking a swimming pool. There is a central living wing with a grand Entry Foyer joined to the Living Area but able to be closed off via a series of shoji-like panels that pocket back into a wall. There is an adjacent wing for the owners, a lower level studio apartment and secondary bedrooms for their grown children when they visit. Newly completed by Bold Construction.
