Craftsman Enclave 1

Working with a plan originated by Keith Brown of Sun Forest Systems, we collaborated to create one-level and a two-level Craftsman home designs arranged as an enclave of speculative homes across four large building lots. A significant creek flows across the properties, cutting them off from the street and making the lots seem un-buildable due to the need to cross the creek 4 separate times. Together, the land is on a corner, so the solution was to enter on the side street with a shared driveway. Each home is positioned against the hillside, on the back of the lots.
